We are pleased to announce the addition of the Wills and Estates Division to our practice! Our firm is now available to help you with a full estate plan or “a la carte” documents that are important to your plan. We can prepare your Last Will and Testament, Revocable Living Trust, Medical Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Living Will (Advanced Healthcare Directive), HIPAA Release, Declaration of Disposition of Last Remains, deeds, and other important documents for you. Most of our Wills and Estates services are provided on a flat-fee basis.
